1. Your account
You need an account to use Motivational Mayhem. Keep your login details private, give accurate information during setup, and let us know if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
2. Training guidance is not medical advice
Programs, coaching messages and nutrition targets are general fitness guidance produced in part by automated systems. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a qualified professional before starting, especially if you are injured, pregnant or managing a health condition, and stop training if something hurts.
3. Free and Premium plans
The free plan gives you training, logging and capped scoring. Premium unlocks adaptive programming, full analytics, exclusive sessions and an uncapped Mayhem Score. We may change what each plan includes, and will tell you before a change reduces what you already pay for.
4. Billing and renewals
Premium is a subscription billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel, using the payment method you saved. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store your full card details. Taxes may be added where required.
5. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from My Membership. Cancellation stops future charges and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Part-used periods are not refunded except where consumer law in your country requires it.
6. Your content
Your workouts, notes, journal posts and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app and the AI coach can work for you. Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, resell access, or use another member's account. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other members at risk.
8. Closing your account
You can close your account from your Profile. Closing it cancels any active membership and permanently deletes your training data, so export anything you want to keep first.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the training guidance, and nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will change the date below and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Motivational Mayhem after a change means you accept the updated terms.
