What do I get on the free plan?
You can train, log sessions, track progress and use the coach with a capped Mayhem Score. Premium removes the cap and unlocks full analytics, adaptive programming and exclusive workouts.
How much is Premium?
Premium is priced in your region's currency: A$19.95 a month or A$149.95 billed annually (A$12.50/month, save 37%); US$14.99 or US$119 annually (US$9.92/month, save 34%); £11.99 or £99 annually (£8.25/month, save 31%); €13.99 or €109 annually (€9.08/month, save 35%). You can change the currency on the Pricing page, and any sales tax, VAT or GST is shown at checkout.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change the interval from My Membership at any time and the difference is prorated automatically on your next invoice.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from My Membership in two taps. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account returns to free.
Will I be reminded before a renewal?
Yes. We email a reminder ahead of each renewal with the amount and date, plus a direct renewal link if the membership is ending.
Do I need gym equipment?
No. Your setup asks what you have access to and the program is built around that, from a full gym to dumbbells at home.
Is the AI coach a replacement for a doctor or physio?
No. It's training guidance, not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting if you have an injury or health condition.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Closing your account from your Profile cancels any active membership and permanently deletes your training data.
